Camlets LTD is a small Cambridge-based Lettings company who are seeking a full time Lettings Administrator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be confident and enjoy building relationships with clients, manage accounts and attend appointment and viewings. This is a varied and very exciting role for anyone with a positive can do attitude.

The candidate:

  • Minimum of 12 months Admin experience
  • Good communication skills; written & verbal
  • Confident manner
  • Highly organised
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Good Telephone manner
  • Must be car driver

The role and responsibilities:

  • General Admin duties (filing, data input)
  • Referencing tenants
  • Arranging check in and out’s
  • Organising viewings
  • Maintaining accounts

  • Administration and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of building services to liaise with maintenance
  • Ability to prioritise workload with an attention to detail
  • Ability to complete work in a timely and efficient manner
